  Jeżeli możesz używać swój plik php.ini, to ustaw w nim taki parametr safe_mode_exec_dir powinien on wskazywać na katalog twojego forum (ale wątpię czy jest to wykonania na tym serwerze). Spróbuj też skontaktować się z adminami serwera.
