Błąd przy dodawaniu forum

  Wyskoczył mi błąd przy dodawaniu nowego forum:

  ciezko z kodu
  ale z bledu widac ze deklarujsze kolumny do ktorych chcesz cos napisac (ich jest 19) a potem przypisujesz wartosci (a ich jest 20) a powinno byc tyle samo - o ile dobrze policzylem
